Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive to drive sales through inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn etc.,
- Understand customer needs and pitch products/services effectively
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Schedule product demos/meetings for the sales team
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability
- Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
- Result-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales
- Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) or service-based sales
