Inside Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive to drive sales through inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn etc.,
  • Understand customer needs and pitch products/services effectively
  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Schedule product demos/meetings for the sales team
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability
  • Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales
  • Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) or service-based sales
