IT Solution Engineer

Qualifications: – Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE).

Experience / Skills required (Mandatory)

• Excellent communication skills in English (Both spoken and written).
• Strong in Listening and responding clearly and to the point.
• Strong Email communication skills with professional and effective wording.
• Ability to draft professional letters and communications to clients, as required.

Additional Skills.

•  Networking knowledge preferred.
• knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
• Networking training /Certification (Such as Cisco, CCNA) preferred.
• Exposure to hardware, desktop support, or IT infrastructure fundamentals
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a client-support environment.

Roles Requirements/Responsibilities.

• The Engineer should be capable of interacting with customers and field support teams, understanding requirements, and offering solutions related to IT infrastructure, networking, and security. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix issues in the field.
• Diagnose and resolve field-level technical issues.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and problem resolution support.
